This cocktail is inspired by the expresso martini, it was created from the fruity and spicy notes of liquor 43 The name is inspired by the contrast and similarities of both Mexican and Spanish culture

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 15 Ml. Tequila blanco
• 15 Ml. Vermouth Bianco

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Using a stir glass, you add 30 mll of freshly made espresso
• Add 30 mll of licor 43
• Add 15 mll of Tequila blanco
• Add 15 mll of vermouth Bianco
• Stir for 15 seconds
• Serve in a cold cocktail Martini glass with a crescent-shaped garnish on a skewer
