Alexis here! From Philadelphia and bartender at Vetri Cucina. My favorite coffee drink is an espresso and tonic! I present it with an 43 and Italian twist.


  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Amaro Rammazotti
  • 15 Ml. Bepi Tosolini Expre Espresso Liqueur
  • 15 Ml. Fresh Pulled Espresso
  • 120 Ml. Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water


Cocktail Preparation
  • Pull a fresh single espresso
  • Combine all ingredients except tonic into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice
  • Strain into a Collin glass
  • Slowly pour tonic into Collins glass
  • Pack glass with ice
  • Express a lemon twist over glass, then discard and serve with a straw and enjoy
