Alexis here! From Philadelphia and bartender at Vetri Cucina. My favorite coffee drink is an espresso and tonic! I present it with an 43 and Italian twist.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Amaro Rammazotti
- 15 Ml. Bepi Tosolini Expre Espresso Liqueur
- 15 Ml. Fresh Pulled Espresso
- 120 Ml. Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pull a fresh single espresso
- Combine all ingredients except tonic into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice
- Strain into a Collin glass
- Slowly pour tonic into Collins glass
- Pack glass with ice
- Express a lemon twist over glass, then discard and serve with a straw and enjoy
