Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillo cocktail

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 20 Ml. Mandarine juice
  • 10 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 1 Dashes Solução salina
  • 10 Ml. Mix de quinuas
  • 30 Ml. Gel of chá mate toasted.

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • 1. Chill the glass.
  • 2. Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  • 3. Double strain through a fine strainer into a coupe glass with a cube of ice.
  • 4. Garnish with baroa potato paper, mix of quinoas and gel of chá mate toasted.
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffe used: Catuaí 144, Minas Gerais.
  • Method of extraction: Espresso.
  • Gr. Of dry coffee used: 10 g.
  • Gr. Of liquid produced: 40 ml.
  • Water temperature: 91
  • Extraction time: 18 - 30 ''
