Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Coldbrewed coffee
• 20 Ml. Cherry Heering
• 60 Ml. Pineapple Juice
• 2 Dashes The Bitter Truth Own Decanter Bitter

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Give all ingredients into a shaker with fresh ice
• Shake it well
• Strain ot in a tikimug with frsh icecubes
• Garnish the drink with pinapple cherry and thym

Coffee Preparation

• Muddle 80gr espressobeans in a muddler not to fine
• Give the muddled espressobeans in 400ml handwarm water und let it rest for 1hourt it rest
• Strain the coffeebeans with a finestrainer out and fill the coldbrew in a empty bottle
