Cocktail Inspiration

Wanted to create a riff on the Carajillo that’s approachable and fun. While at the same time intriguing and elevated

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Reposado Tequila
  • 15 Ml. Mezcal Espadín
  • 60 Ml. Coffee Horchata
  • 15 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 2 Drops Saline solution

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add Coffee Horchata in a mixing glass.
  • In another glass add the remaining ingredients and pour over the horchata
  • Mix until the mixture curdles.
  • In another mixing glass, strain the mixture through a milk nut bag or coffee filter until clarification is complete. I
  • In a shaker, add cocktail and ice and throw 3 times. I
  • .n a wine or rocks glass, strain over an ice sphere. Express oil from a lemon coin. Enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee Horchata: Add 2 tablespoons of grounded Lavazza Espresso to 8oz of Horchata and blend until frothy. Refrigerate for 2 hours and strain the solids.
