To create this cocktail, I was inspired by the soil where we can have different ingredients, herbs, fruits, beans, spices to prepare
in this case Licor 43 and every morning Coffee.

Ingredients

• 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 25 Ml. Espresso
• 60 Ml. Apple Juice
• 20 Ml. Orgeat Finest Call
• 15 Ml. Fernet Branca Menta

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Prepare the Espresso
• Put all ingredients in the shaker
• Shake the ingredients
• Use double strainer technique and pour in the Coupe Glass
• Put the Garnish on the top of Glass (Apple, Cinnamon stick and Mint)

• Coffee used: Salon du Café
• Origin: Costa Rica, San Diego
• Process: Honey
• Method of Extraction: Espresso
• Gr of dry coffee used: 13
• Gr of liquid produced: 25
• Water temperature: 90-95
• Extraction Time: 25-30 seconds
