Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Ron Millonario 15 years
  • 15 Ml. Xerez Palo Cortado
  • 15 Ml. Sinple syrup
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew with cacao beans
  • 15 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 60 Ml. Fresh milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a bowl, mix the rum, sherry, simple syrup, cold brew and lemon juice.
  • Then in another tank we put the fresh milk and add the previous mixture
  • Strain through a paper filter and add the sherry and the liqueur 43
  • Cool and serve in an old fashioned with 1 large ice and finally decorate with a cocoa cookie
Coffee Preparation
  • Infuse the coffee (typica and caturra) and forastero, together with 600 ml of water
  • Let stand for 2 hours, strain and reserve
