I’ve been imspired by local nature and Italian classical cocktail style, so for this drink our local liquor can be exchanged with seco fruity vermouth

Ingredients

  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 25 Ml. Lavazza wild forest cold brew
  • 25 Ml. Ritika paradise apple liquor
  • 1 Oz. Fresh raspberry

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Muddle raspberry in mixing glass
  • Add ingredients
  • Add ice
  • Stir for 30 seconds
  • Double strain into prepared low ball glass over ice
Coffee Preparation
  • Take 38gramms of grinded Lavazza wild forest
  • Add 200ml of cold water
  • Let it stand refrigirated for 18 hours
  • Strain through coffee filter
