I am a 32 year old Colombian bartender who has been in this wonderful world of mixology for about 5 years. Passionate about barismo and the Moctails.
This is not a job for me it is a passion.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Espresso
  • 45 Ml. Whiskey
  • 15 Ml. Amaretto
  • 20 Ml. Frangelico
  • 50 Ml. Milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add the espresso, the liqueur 43, the whiskey, the amaretto and the ice in the shaker
  • Shake vigorously and serve in a martini glass.
  • Then with the help of a French press in it we add the frangelico and the milk previously
  • Previous mixture forming a creamy layer on top and as a garnish we place a few drops of cherry syrup.
Coffee Preparation
  • Heat the water without letting it exceed 72 degrees Celsius
  • In the French press we add the coffee and hot water and begin the process
