Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Espresso
- 45 Ml. Whiskey
- 15 Ml. Amaretto
- 20 Ml. Frangelico
- 50 Ml. Milk
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add the espresso, the liqueur 43, the whiskey, the amaretto and the ice in the shaker
- Shake vigorously and serve in a martini glass.
- Then with the help of a French press in it we add the frangelico and the milk previously
- Previous mixture forming a creamy layer on top and as a garnish we place a few drops of cherry syrup.
Coffee Preparation
- Heat the water without letting it exceed 72 degrees Celsius
- In the French press we add the coffee and hot water and begin the process
