Ingredients
- 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Coffe
- 20 Ml. Milk
- 20 Ml. passion fruit
- 20 Ml. sugar syrup
- 3 Drops angustura bitter aromatic
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Previously add ice to a coupe glass and set aside.
- Add Licor 43, coffee, passion fruit, sugar syrup, milk, and ice to a shaker.
- Vigorously shake for about 10 to 15 seconds to mix the ingredients well.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into the coupe glass.
- Garnish with of a dehydrated orange with passion fruit on top plus 3 drops of angostura.
Coffee Preparation
- Boil water.
- While the water is heating up, place 12g of coffee in a paper or cloth filter.
- When the water is hot, pour 200ml of water over the coffee in the paper or cloth filter.
