Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Coffe
  • 20 Ml. Milk
  • 20 Ml. passion fruit
  • 20 Ml. sugar syrup
  • 3 Drops angustura bitter aromatic

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Previously add ice to a coupe glass and set aside.
  • Add Licor 43, coffee, passion fruit, sugar syrup, milk, and ice to a shaker.
  • Vigorously shake for about 10 to 15 seconds to mix the ingredients well.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the coupe glass.
  • Garnish with of a dehydrated orange with passion fruit on top plus 3 drops of angostura.
Coffee Preparation
  • Boil water.
  • While the water is heating up, place 12g of coffee in a paper or cloth filter.
  • When the water is hot, pour 200ml of water over the coffee in the paper or cloth filter.
