Cocktail Inspiration

The decadence of espresso with dessert at the end of a fine meal

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 8 Ml. Strawberry Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Peychauds
  • 2 Oz. Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pull double shot of espresso and measure 2 ounces into coffee cup
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Serve warm
Coffee Preparation
  • 4.5 fluid ounces of filtered water
  • 22 grams of finely ground, 100 percent Kona coffee beans
  • Use the measured ingredients above to pull two shots of espresso using an espresso machine
