Cocktail Inspiration
The decadence of espresso with dessert at the end of a fine meal
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 8 Ml. Strawberry Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Peychauds
- 2 Oz. Espresso
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pull double shot of espresso and measure 2 ounces into coffee cup
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Serve warm
Coffee Preparation
- 4.5 fluid ounces of filtered water
- 22 grams of finely ground, 100 percent Kona coffee beans
- Use the measured ingredients above to pull two shots of espresso using an espresso machine
