This is a cocktail created here in Goiás, more precisely in Senador Canedo
The name is to represent our habit and almost a ritual in coffee consumption.
Ingredients
- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Vodka Smirnoff
- 30 Ml. Coffee Geisha coffee
- 20 Ml. Bahia Orange Juice
- 15 Ml. Egg white
- 5 Ml. Ginger Syrup
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Leave the coup glass chillingin in a refrigeratoror with small ice cubes inside
- In a Boston cocktail shaker, senquentially add the liqueur, vodka, coffee, orange juice, ginger syrup and lastly the egg white
- Then beat the ingredients in Dry Shake mode for about 30 seconds
- After the Dry Shake, add about 10 small ice cubes and shaker for about 8 to 10 seconds
- Discard the ice from the glass and double strain the preparation into the glas and finish with the three coffee beans
Coffee Preparation
- Grind 60 grams of Italian-style coffee beans
- After grinding, tie the coffee powder into a fine mesh bag, place it in a glass jar with 200ml of ice water and set aside for 48 hours
- And finally, after 48 hours, strain the preparation through a paper coffee filter and use it in the cocktail
