My concept: A fruity smashable longdrink.
Vanilla, apricot and creamy.. “so light so be careful”
Layered- with Licor43 being the second layer and the star, finishing with the fruity apricot..
Ingredients
- 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 40 Ml. Espresso
- 40 Ml. Monkey shoulder blended scotch
- 15 Ml. Giffard apricot brandy
- 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 Dashes Saline solution 1:1
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in the shaker
- Hard shake for 6-8 seconds
- Double strain into ice filled highball
- Add garnish: frozen apricot cut into a fan, placed on the top ice cube
Coffee Preparation
- 18.5 grams of espresso
- Pour of 26 seconds
- Temperature: 97 degrees
