My concept: A fruity smashable longdrink.
Vanilla, apricot and creamy.. “so light so be careful”
Layered- with Licor43 being the second layer and the star, finishing with the fruity apricot..

Ingredients

  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. Espresso
  • 40 Ml. Monkey shoulder blended scotch
  • 15 Ml. Giffard apricot brandy
  • 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 Dashes Saline solution 1:1

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in the shaker
  • Hard shake for 6-8 seconds
  • Double strain into ice filled highball
  • Add garnish: frozen apricot cut into a fan, placed on the top ice cube
Coffee Preparation
  • 18.5 grams of espresso
  • Pour of 26 seconds
  • Temperature: 97 degrees
