Ingredients

  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 25 Ml. Cold brew coffee
  • 15 Ml. Tanqueray No.10
  • 15 Ml. Chartreuse jaune
  • 10 Ml. Cassis balsamic vinegar

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • All ingredients in a stir bowl
  • Add some ice cubes
  • Stir it to cold
  • Double strain to a pre-cooled coupette
Coffee Preparation
  • Full immersion cold brew coffee method
  • Grind coffee rough by hand
  • Fill it with cold water
  • Draw for 16 hours
  • Pour it trough the filter
