Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Tequila reposado
• 45 Ml. Cold brew
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitter

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Cool cup and mixing glass
• Retire ice from mixing glass
• Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass
• Add ice to the mixing glass to make stir
• Stir
• Server into cup previously cooler, using a strainer
• Perfume with lime

Coffee Preparation

• Cold brew, immersion methode. 18 hours using 1 liter of water for each 120 grammes of coffee, medium grind, dark roast from Chiapas, Mexico
