Ingredients

• 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Amareto
• 60 Ml. Coffe Express
• 30 Ml. Egg White
• 15 Ml. Sweetening Milk
• 10 Drops Honey

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• We add the following ingredients in a cocktail shaker: liquor 43, amaretto, espresso coffee, egg white, sweetener.
• We shake the cocktail for 15 seconds
• In a small glass we add ice and our mixture
• Finally we decorate with a few drops of honey and coffee beans

Coffee Preparation

• We grind the coffee bean
• We introduce the ground coffee in the spoon
• We stepped on the coffee
• We introduce the spoon in our Italian express machine
• And we make an espresso
