Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Café punta del cielo (espresso)
- 30 Ml. Condensed milk (sweetened)
- 30 Ml. Cajeta
- 30 Ml. Half and Half
- 1 Ml. Pinch of salt
- 2 Dashes Lemon bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- First you want to pour your 45ml of licor 43
- Next you want to add your 45ml of espresso
- Next you add your 30 ml of condensed milk
- Next add your 30ml of cajeta
- Next add a pinch of salt
- Lastly add two dashes of your lemon bitters
- Next prep your glass by half rimming it with your condensed milk and grounded pecan and cinnamon.
- Next throw some ice in your shaker and give it a hard shake for 15 seconds
- Lastly double strain your cocktail into the prepped glass and garnish with a lemon twist and a couple of whole pecans
Coffee Preparation
- Use any espresso machine available to you
- Find the espresso option and brew 45 ml of espresso
