The heat is rising in vegas and making something refreshing and nice to enjoy by a casino pool was my goal! I created a cocktail with a nice flavor profile and a light body, perfect for a day laying out by the water!

Cocktail Inspiration

the rising summer heat calls for a refreshing beach cocktail

Ingredients

  • 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 7 Ml. Crème de cafe
  • 15 Ml. Crème de banana
  • 30 Ml. Mezcal
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew (immersion)
  • 30 Ml. Heavy cream
  • 1 Ml. Cinnamon

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all coldbrew, liqueurs and liquors to shaker
  • Add cinnamon and heavy cream to separate shaker
  • Ice both shakers
  • Shake liquors, liqueurs and cold brew
  • Pour into rocks glass and fill with ice, leaving 30 ml of room at the top
  • Shake heavy cream and cinnamon until you no longer hear your ice, making bartenders whip cream
  • Pour bartender cream on top, layering over the drink
  • Garnish with a slice of banana and top with cinnamon
  • Torch the banana to slightly caramelize
  • Enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • Fine grind 16 oz coffee beans
  • Pour coffee grounds into cheese cloth and tie it closed
  • Soak in cold water for 16 hours
  • Remove coffee sack
  • Cut to preference with cold water
  • Enjoy
