My name is Raymomd Rebolledo. I’m 24. I’m barista and bartender. I like the mixes and flavors. I chose Gold 43 for my cocktail name because it seems attractive and it has a interesting color.
Ingredients
- 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 150 Ml. Clarified coffee kombucha
- 1 Dashes Seawater
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pour Licor 43 into the long drink glass previously filled with ice
- Add clarified coffee Komucha until the glass is full
- Finally, pour the seawater into the glass
- Garnish with lemon leaf
Coffee Preparation
- Coffee used: Medium dark roast
- Method of extraction: French press
- Gr. Of fry coffee used: 10gr
- Gr. Of liquid produced: 150ml
- Water temperature: 90 Celsius
- Extraction time: 4 minutes
