Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 150 Ml. Clarified coffee kombucha
  • 1 Dashes Seawater

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour Licor 43 into the long drink glass previously filled with ice
  • Add clarified coffee Komucha until the glass is full
  • Finally, pour the seawater into the glass
  • Garnish with lemon leaf
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee used: Medium dark roast
  • Method of extraction: French press
  • Gr. Of fry coffee used: 10gr
  • Gr. Of liquid produced: 150ml
  • Water temperature: 90 Celsius
  • Extraction time: 4 minutes
