being able to combine the care and work of people who seek to produce the best coffee, combining this mixture with the tradition of a unique liqueur with striking flavors, being able to harmonize in the best way, bringing a simple drink to prepare that will highlight the characteristics and flavor of Licor 43 alongside special Brazilian coffee.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 5 Ml. Cointrau
  • 15 Ml. White Rum
  • 20 Ml. Grepefruit Fresh juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and mix well, strain into a coupet glass or similar, use the grapefruit peel to perfume and garnish
Coffee Preparation
  • Prepare coffee using a French press. use a Brazilian coffee with notes of chocolate and caramel. using 10 grams with a coarse grind and 80 grams of water, leave for 4 minutes and strain. then use 50ml of the preparation in the cocktail.
