Creating a Mediterranean citrus cocktail

Ingredients

• 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 44 Ml. Vanilla infused vodka
• 22 Ml. Fresh lemon juice
• 22 Ml. Assam black tea syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine ingredients
• Shake 5-8 seconds
• Double strain over
• Big clear ice with lemon wheel in glass under ice
• Serve

Coffee Preparation

• Steep assam black tea (20 sec)
• Add equal amount of sugar
• Blend well
