Cocktail Inspiration
The cocktail is inspired by a summer night on the balcony with friends
Ingredients
- 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 25 Ml. Espresso Mrs. Brown Nero Sante
- 20 Ml. Amaretto
- 30 Ml. Rhubarb juice
- 6 Ml. Rosemary
- 60 Ml. Tonic water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Prepare a simple espresso
- Muddle 6g of rosemary in a shaker
- Add all ingredients except the tonic water
- Shake everything well with ice and fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Top the drink with the tonic
- Garnish with rosemary
Coffee Preparation
- Mrs. Brown Nero Sante whole espresso beans are processed to 8gram of powder
- Lightly press the powder
- Espresso is brewed at 94 degrees in a Portafiller (30 Seconds)
