Cocktail Inspiration

The cocktail is inspired by a summer night on the balcony with friends

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 25 Ml. Espresso Mrs. Brown Nero Sante
  • 20 Ml. Amaretto
  • 30 Ml. Rhubarb juice
  • 6 Ml. Rosemary
  • 60 Ml. Tonic water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare a simple espresso
  • Muddle 6g of rosemary in a shaker
  • Add all ingredients except the tonic water
  • Shake everything well with ice and fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
  • Top the drink with the tonic
  • Garnish with rosemary
Coffee Preparation
  • Mrs. Brown Nero Sante whole espresso beans are processed to 8gram of powder
  • Lightly press the powder
  • Espresso is brewed at 94 degrees in a Portafiller (30 Seconds)
