Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients
- 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Gin
- 30 Ml. Blended scotch Whiskey
- 60 Ml. orange juice
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In a mixing glass, add 30 ml of Licor 43, 30 ml of Scotch whisky, and 60 ml of orange juice.
- Add the prepared coffee and gin infusion
- Stir gently to mix all the ingredients well.
Coffee Preparation
- Heat the gin over low heat along with a quarter of an orange, allowing it to macerate slowly.
- After heating, strain the gin and orange mixture.
- Use an Aeropress in the inverted method to prepare the infusion, adding 5 g of ground coffee and pouring the gin and orange mixture.
- Let it infuse for 1 minute and 20 seconds before pressing.
