Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. green apple syrup
• 4 Drops ginger juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Boston cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, add 50ml 43 liqueur, 20ml green apple syrup, 4 drops of ginger juice, 60ml Mogiana Paulista gourmet coffee
• Double strain into a pre-chilled lowball glass, garnish with 3 slices of Green Apple

Coffee Preparation

• 15g of Mogiana Paulista gourmet coffee using the pour over method, with 200ml of water
