At our bar counters we are great hosts, and we usually say that it will never be a goodbye but a see you later. (Hasta Luego) !
Ingredients
- 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 40 Ml. Brandy de Jerez
- 10 Ml. Sicilian lemon juice
- 20 Ml. Red Catuai Coffee
- 3 Drops Bitter angostura
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In a mixing glass, add the liqueur 43, the sherry brandy and the Sicilian lemon juice and let it cool until you find the ideal dilution and temperature.
- After diluting the ingredients, simply strain into a lowball glass filled with ice.
- In a doser , measure 20 ml of the coffee that was resting in the press , and add 3 dashes of angostura bitter .
- To add coffee with a touch of angostura , use a ballerina and pour lightly to form a layer on top of the drink .
- To finish we will add a Sicilian lemon coin, and a piece of provolone cheese.
Coffee Preparation
- In a french press, add 12 grams of catuai red coffee, not very finely ground, to 100 ml of water. let it rest for 4 minutes for a more effective extraction of flavors and aromas
