I’ve been working in cocktailing for a couple years, always looking for a reason to expand my skillet and knowledge. I like playing around with more common ingredients used in more unique ways

Cocktail Inspiration

Vanilla and passion fruit passion fruit and coffee

Ingredients

  • 37 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Passion fruit loqueur
  • 30 Ml. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Cocoa Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pull a standard shot of medium to dark roast espresso
  • Add ingredients to shaker, add ice, hard quick shake for dilution and chilling
  • Single strain into half of tin, dump ice, second shake for aeration and head
  • Fine strain into chilled 6 oz coup, fresh grated coffee bean over top

  • Pull a standard medium to dark roast espresso
