Cocktail Inspiration
Love for bourbon and carajillo
Ingredients
- 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Uncle Nearest 1856 bourbon
- 15 Ml. Crème de menthe liqueur
- 30 Ml. Expresso
- 8 Ml. Chocolate syrup
- 15 Ml. Mint sprig Garnish
- 1 Dashes Aztec chocolate bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add the bourbon and crème de menthe in a rocks glass and stir for 5 secs and let it sit
- Into the small shaker, add liquor 43, expresso and chocolate syrup
- Shake vigorously for 19 seconds
- Add a big cube in the rocks glass containing the menthe and bourbon
- Strain the mixture from the shaker onto the rocks glass contain the cube, menthe and bourbon
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a splash of aztec chocolate bitters
