This cocktail is a representation of what I appreciate most about living in my little part of Michigan. Coffee is picked and roasted across the street and the berries come from the farmers market.

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Weiss Straightjacket Gin
• 60 Ml. Dessert Oasis Mexico Cold Brew
• 3 Drops Blackberries(each)

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients into shaker tin with ice.
• Shake vigorously for 8 seconds
• Double strain over pellet ice in Old Fashioned glass
• Top with edible orchid

Coffee Preparation

• Add 1 cup coarse ground Mexico coffee into cambro
• Top with 4 cups filtered water(cold)
• Steep in cooler for 24 hours
• Strain through filter
• Store in cooler
