Honey and Glass

Cocktail Inspiration
I've tried to create a coffee flavored cocktail which is also light and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 25 Ml. Light Rum
- 30 Ml. Lime Juice
- 10 Ml. Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 1 Drops Orange Blossom Water
- 30 Ml. Coconut Milk
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients except the coconut milk.
- Pour the mixture slowly into the coconut milk. The mixture should start to curdle.
- Let it sit until the layers start separating. Filter through the used coffee filter. Your result should be a crystal clear, coffee infused cocktai.
- Stir with ice and serve up in a nick and nora glass.
- Garnish with a piece of honey comb.
Coffee Preparation
- Method: Pour Over
- Dump the coffee. You only need the used coffe filter.
