I’m a apprentice in the hospitality industry. I started with 18 years to make cocktails. My goal is it to breathe new life into cocktail scene, with new and unconventional technics.

Cocktail Inspiration

I've tried to create a coffee flavored cocktail which is also light and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 25 Ml. Light Rum
  • 30 Ml. Lime Juice
  • 10 Ml. Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
  • 1 Drops Orange Blossom Water
  • 30 Ml. Coconut Milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Mix all the ingredients except the coconut milk.
  • Pour the mixture slowly into the coconut milk. The mixture should start to curdle.
  • Let it sit until the layers start separating. Filter through the used coffee filter. Your result should be a crystal clear, coffee infused cocktai.
  • Stir with ice and serve up in a nick and nora glass.
  • Garnish with a piece of honey comb.
Coffee Preparation
  • Method: Pour Over
  • Dump the coffee. You only need the used coffe filter.
