Cocktail Inspiration
Carajillo
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
- 15 Ml. Liquid Alchemist Orgeat
- 30 Ml. Caravedo
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine ingredients in shaker tin.
- Shake and Strain over Fresh ice in an 8oz rocks glass
- Garnish with dehydrated Orange Slice.
Coffee Preparation
- Ground Dark Roast Coarsely
- Add Coarse Grounds to cold brew filter bag
- Immerse full filter bag in cold water (1:5 5grams of water per every 1gram of grounds)
- Leave filter bag in water 18hours.
- Remove grounds from water and squeeze any remaining brew out of the filter bag
