Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillo

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
• 15 Ml. Liquid Alchemist Orgeat
• 30 Ml. Caravedo
• 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine ingredients in shaker tin.
• Shake and Strain over Fresh ice in an 8oz rocks glass
• Garnish with dehydrated Orange Slice.

Coffee Preparation

• Ground Dark Roast Coarsely
• Add Coarse Grounds to cold brew filter bag
• Immerse full filter bag in cold water (1:5 5grams of water per every 1gram of grounds)
• Leave filter bag in water 18hours.
• Remove grounds from water and squeeze any remaining brew out of the filter bag
