Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Vermut Bianco Martini
  • 15 Ml. Whiskey tennessee
  • 070 Oz. pineapple with peel (half slice approx)
  • 040 Oz. orange with peel (half slice approx)
  • 60 Ml. Cold drip coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • To cool with ice an old fashioned glass
  • In a shaker add 0.7 oz of pineapple with peel, half slice approx.
  • Add 0.4 oz of orange with peel, half slice approx.
  • Add all the ingredients
  • Add 1 scoop of ice
  • Shake vigorously for 8 seconds
  • Add fresh ice to the old fashioned glass
  • Serve the cocktail using a double strain
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
Coffee Preparation
  • Cafe Honesta Cataui Vermelho 20 grams to a medium-coarse consistency.
  • Pre-wet the paper filter with hot water. (Temp 92 to 94 degrees celcius)
  • Add 90 grams of ice to your decanter.
  • Place the V60 dripper on top of the decanter.
  • Add the ground coffee to the V60 dripper.
  • Pour 40 grams of water in a circular motion until the 12-second mark
  • Allowing the coffee to bloom until the 35-second mark
  • Pour 160 grams of water in a clockwise direction until reaching 1:15 minute
  • Allow the coffee to filter until reaching 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
  • You will have approximately 190 grams of brewed coffee.
