• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Cold brew
• 45 Ml. Coconut water
• 15 Ml. Spanish red wine

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Cooling of working tools, serving cup and mixing glass
• Add 45 ml of coconut water
• Add 30 ml of cold brew
• Add 30 ml of Licor 43 original
• Cool and chill in mixing glass
• Serve in wine glass with ice cube
• Add to the glass 15 Ml of young spanish red wine tempranillo strain

Coffee Preparation

• Grind coffee in medium coarse grind
• Add 10 gr of coffee
• Add 60 ml of water at room temperature
• Make a little turbulence for 3 seconds
• Lower the plunger a little
• Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours
• Lower the plunger
