Hot Cold Irish Mold



I love Cocktails and Ireland. For more than 20 years I do mixing events, bartender trainings and performances. So for my 43rd birthday I created this special drink and keep promoting it since.


  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Irish Whiskey (preferred Teeling Small Batch)
  • 20 Ml. Fireball (spicy Whiskey liqueur)
  • 100 Ml. ColdBrewCoffee
  • 10 Ml. Whipping Cream
  • 10 Ml. Vanilla Icecream


Cocktail Preparation
  • In a Cocktail shaker with icecubes mix: Licor 43, Irish Whiskey, Fireball and Cold Brew Coffee and strain into Irish-Coffee-Glass (or 180ml wine glass) (Leave one finger to the edge)
  • In a stiring glass mix until creamy: 10ml whipping cream and 10ml vanilla-icecream
  • With a bar spoon set up a white layer of vanillacreme on top of the black drink.
  • As decoration add a chocolated coffeebean. No icecubes. No straw.
Coffee Preparation
  • 50g coffee (like tchibo african blue) for 24h on 1 liter cold water
