Cocktail Inspiration

Bringing the Scottish Isle to modern cocktails via the structure of the Ward 8

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 50 Ml. Glenlivet 12
  • 20 Ml. Honey syrup
  • 20 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew coffee
  • 2 Dashes Fee brothers Fee Foam
  • 2 Ml. Salt Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker tin
  • Add Ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a shaker tin and shake without ice for 10 seconds
  • Double strain contents into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with three small orange twists
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee is brewed at a ratio of 1 lb ground medium roast to 6.66 lbs of cold water.(adjust for desired volume using this ratio)
  • Based on recommendations from the brewing device, add filters to the brewer
  • Add ground coffee to the brewer (1 lb)
  • Add appropriate weight of cold water (6.66 lbs)
  • Allow to brew for 13-24 hours
  • Strain and dilute with cold water (equal parts by weight)
