Cocktail Inspiration
Bringing the Scottish Isle to modern cocktails via the structure of the Ward 8
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 50 Ml. Glenlivet 12
- 20 Ml. Honey syrup
- 20 Ml. Lemon juice
- 45 Ml. Cold brew coffee
- 2 Dashes Fee brothers Fee Foam
- 2 Ml. Salt Water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add Ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a shaker tin and shake without ice for 10 seconds
- Double strain contents into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with three small orange twists
Coffee Preparation
- Coffee is brewed at a ratio of 1 lb ground medium roast to 6.66 lbs of cold water.(adjust for desired volume using this ratio)
- Based on recommendations from the brewing device, add filters to the brewer
- Add ground coffee to the brewer (1 lb)
- Add appropriate weight of cold water (6.66 lbs)
- Allow to brew for 13-24 hours
- Strain and dilute with cold water (equal parts by weight)
