Cocktail Inspiration

Drawn from the iconic espresso martini and the Affrigato,the name comes from the even more iconic movie scarface

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Baileys cream
• 15 Ml. Kahlua
• 15 Ml. Espresso
• 2 Oz. Coconut ice cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Shake the espresso,baileys,licor 43 and kahlua with ice for 30 to 40 seconds till foamy
• Add a scoop of the coconut ice cream in a coupe glass
• Strain the liquid in the glass around the ice cream
• Garnish with coffee or coconut shavings
