I’ve been bartending since 2018, worked in different cocktail bars in the Mexico City, like Baltra Bar.

Ingredients

  • 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Espresso
  • 23 Ml. Verjus
  • 23 Ml. Cocchi Americano
  • 5 Ml. Balsamic vinegar

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a shaker, add all the ingredients.
  • Hard shake the mixture with ice cubes for about 10 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  • Add a skewer of fresh green grapes to decorate.
Coffee Preparation
  • Measure 18g of coffee, preferably a washed coffee from Veracruz, Mexico, and grind it with espresso setings.
  • Make your espresso on the machine with a final result of 34g of liquid coffee.
