I’ve been bartending since 2018, worked in different cocktail bars in the Mexico City, like Baltra Bar.
Ingredients
- 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Espresso
- 23 Ml. Verjus
- 23 Ml. Cocchi Americano
- 5 Ml. Balsamic vinegar
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In a shaker, add all the ingredients.
- Hard shake the mixture with ice cubes for about 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- Add a skewer of fresh green grapes to decorate.
Coffee Preparation
- Measure 18g of coffee, preferably a washed coffee from Veracruz, Mexico, and grind it with espresso setings.
- Make your espresso on the machine with a final result of 34g of liquid coffee.
