Cocktail Inspiration

My granddaughter Juniper is the namesake because she gives the sweetest kisses and is my favorite way to start a day

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 44 Ml. Suntory Kanade Sakura Liqueur
• 15 Ml. St George Nola Coffee Liqueur
• 15 Ml. Bacanha Organic Cane Sugar Syrup
• 1 Oz. Intelligentsia Espresso
• 3 Oz. Richs Soft Whip

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Into a shaker tin, put espresso, cane syrup, Licor 43, 1 oz Sakura Liqueur and Nola then shake with ice and strain into an Irish Coffee Glass
• Fold .5 oz into Soft Whip and top the glass
• Garnish with 3 dried Rose Buds

• Espresso is brewed in a traditional Espresso Machine
