Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Brucato Chaparral
- 45 Ml. Heavy Cream
- 15 Ml. Fig Liquor
- 15 Ml. Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
- 60 Ml. Espresso
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Whip 1.5 oz of heavy cream with 0.5 oz Fig liquor and 0.5 oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, until thickened
- Add 1.5 oz Licor 43, 1 oz Brucato Chaparral, and 2 oz Fresh Espresso to shaker tin. Shake and strain over ice in a tall Collins glass.
- Float fig and pineapple heavy cream
- Garnish with bee pollen
Coffee Preparation
- Pull one double shot of fresh espresso
