My love for Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. De Kuyper Amaretto
  • 60 Ml. Heavy cream
  • 60 Ml. Milk
  • 20 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Chocolate syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Fill a Martini glass with ice to cool it.
  • Add ice to the shaker.
  • Add all the ingredients into the shaker.
  • Shake about 30 seconds to create a foam.
  • Pour ice out of the glass, decorate the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup.
  • Decorate the rim of the glass with half a Lady Fingers cookie.
  • Pour the cocktail in to the Martini glass.
  • Decorate half of the cocktail surface with natural cocoa powder.
