My love for Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 40 Ml. De Kuyper Amaretto
- 60 Ml. Heavy cream
- 60 Ml. Milk
- 20 Ml. Espresso
- 30 Ml. Chocolate syrup
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Fill a Martini glass with ice to cool it.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Add all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake about 30 seconds to create a foam.
- Pour ice out of the glass, decorate the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup.
- Decorate the rim of the glass with half a Lady Fingers cookie.
- Pour the cocktail in to the Martini glass.
- Decorate half of the cocktail surface with natural cocoa powder.
