My mom only cooks carne adobada during special occasions, so this cocktail draws inspiration from her recipe.
Cocktail Inspiration
This spicy cocktail is inspired by my mother's cooking
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Espresso
- 45 Ml. Infused Mezcal ( 7g of guajillo and 10g of ancho chilies to 250 ml mezcal)
- 15 Ml. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 5 Dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
- 2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
- 30 Ml. Egg White
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a shaker
- Dry shake
- Wet Shake
- Pour into a coupe
- Express a lime over the cocktail and garnish
