My name is Fiestati. La Romana was created in the search of a cocktail at coffee time. Of course with artisanal ingredients, a Colombian coffee, a vegetable sesame milk and the protagonist Licor 43.

Ingredients

• 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Cold brew
• 45 Ml. Sesame milk

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put the cold brew in the shaker.
• Put the sesame milk in the shaker.
• Add the liquor 43
• Add 2 drops of sesame oil
• Put the ice and Shake it
• Strain and serve in Nick and Nohra cup. Cheers

Coffee Preparation

• Weigh 250gr of Colombian Coffee
• Measure 1 liter of potable water
• It is cold infused for 24 hours to obtain all its essence.
• Filter with coffee filters, pack in a bottle and put in the refrigerator.
