Im a big fan of Black Manhattans with Meletti instead of Averna. This is my take on that but with an negroni twist (sans whiskey). I was also inspired by the current orange espresso craze.

Negroni and Black Manhattan

Ingredients

• 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 22 Ml. Meletti
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 30 Ml. Gin
• 1 Dashes Orange oil

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add gin, Licor 43, Meletti, and espresso (cooled) to a cocktail shaker..
• Fill shaker with ice. Shake 20-30 seconds.
• Strain into chilled coupe glass.
• Add dash of orange oil on top.
• Garnish with orange peel.

Coffee Preparation

• Brew espresso in espresso maker or moka pot.
• Allow to cool prior to using.
