The idea of my cocktail is a twist of 2 different cocktails together as the famous Americano and the Shakeratto, combining 2 styles of drinks to create a Low Abv, refreshing and bubbling beverage.

Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Sherry Pedro Ximenes Cream
• 20 Ml. Punt E Mes
• 80 Ml. Soda (cascara de Cafe Infusion)

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour the Soda First (very cold). using a Tea Bag with 10 grams of Cascara de Cafe into the glass let it infused while you make the shot of espresso and the shakeratto. then remove the tea bag and add the 2 carved ice cubed carefuly.
• Add all the ingredients into a shaker add one big cube and shake vigorously (as a shakeratto) then strain into the Collins glass and top it with soda.
• Garnish with cascara de café

Coffee Preparation

• Using a manual coffee espreso machine or just a regular shot of espresso, preferible medium roast coffee.
