OJ and Coffee trend

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 60 Ml. Cold Brew
• 45 Ml. Lunazul Reposado
• 15 Ml. Patron OX Cafe
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• 3 Dashes Chipotle Cacao Bitters
• 2 Oz. Egg whites
• 4 Oz. Orange Juice
• 2 Oz. Dry Curacao
• 4 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add ingredients 7-10 to nitro whipper
• Charge with 2 Nitro charges
• Let refrigerate for at least 1 hour
• Add ingredients 1-6 to shaker
• Add ice and shake
• Strain into rocks glass
• Top with egg white foam
• Garnish with Orange Zest

Coffee Preparation

• Add 4 cups of cold water to 1 cup of coffee grounds
• Stir mixture
• Place in refrigerator for 48 hours
• Strain out coffee grounds
• Bottle the cold brew
