Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Barcadi 8
• 40 Ml. Cold brew
• 15 Ml. Cream
• 5 Ml. Raspberrys
• 15 Ml. simple sirup
• 5 Ml. Fresh lime juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put 5 raspberrys and simple Sirup in shaker an muddle
• Get the rest of the ingredience in the shaker
• Fill up with ice and shake
• Double strain in a Coupette
• Garnish with 3 raspberrys

Coffee Preparation

• 100g of Segafredo Climate coffe powder
• Put it in with 500ml of water in the fridge at 7 degree
• Filter it After 20 hours
