Cocktail Inspiration
Lux is more than a cocktail - it's an sensory experience that evokes images of the sunset and dusk - transporting the drinker to that magical hour no matter where you are
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Espresso (Miscela d'Oro Espresso Gran Crema)
- 20 Ml. Anjeo Tequila
- 40 Ml. Fresh Orange Juice
- 20 Ml. White Chocolate Syrup
- 2 Dashes Cardamom Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker, add ice and make an hard shake
- Double strain into pre chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an orange peel coin
Coffee Preparation
- Finely grind Miscela d'Oro Espresso Gran Crema coffee beans
- Add 8,6g of freshly grinded beans to a single portafilter and brew 30ml of espresso at running time of 19 seconds with and espresso machine
