Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Flor De Cana 12 Year Rum
- 15 Ml. Demerara
- 30 Ml. Pure Intentions Guatemalan Todos Santos Cold Brew
- 3 Dashes Orange bitters
- 1 Dashes 80:20 Saline tincture
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Make the Cold brew coffee via the Immersion method
- Put all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice then shake.
- Strain over crushed ice or a large cube. Topped with coffee foam
- The ingredients for the coffee foam: two egg whites, .25oz Licor 23, .25oz Demerara, 1oz Pure Intentions Guatemala Cold Brew Coffee,
- Blend all for the coffee foam into a glass with frothed or ISI canister and then put it on top of the cocktail.
Coffee Preparation
- Make the Cold brew coffee with the Pure Intentions Coffee via the Immersion method
- Fully saturate your grinds with filtered water and refrigerate 24 hours. Filter your cold brew through a rinsed paper filter in a pour over coffee dripper after 24 hours.
