Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Boodles Gin extra dry
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 10 Ml. Turmeric extract
• 3 Dashes Angostura orange bitter
• 40 Ml. Ginger beer

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients in a shaker except the ginger beer and shake hard
• Serve into a chill champagne flute glass and one ice with simple strain.
• Add ginger beer to the top with a bar spoon.
• Decorate with orange peel twist

• Coffee used: arabic, medium toast
• Method of extraction: espresso
• Gr. Of dry coffee used: 10gr
• Gr. Of liquid produced: 30ml
• Water temperature: 120
• Extraction time: 20-24 seconds
