Cocktail Inspiration

This cocktail is not inspired by anything in particular, I think that on the contrary the cocktail after mixing inspired me to do a remembering exercise: the peach in syrup takes me back to childhood when it was one of those small pleasures after lunch, the Licor 43 immediately leads me to mom's favorite candy (candy coated almonds) and coffee could sum up my adult life.

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Vodka
• 60 Ml. Extracción de café en Moka
• 15 Ml. Heavy Cream
• 15 Ml. Vainilla Syrop
• 30 Ml. Peach Puree

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients and perform reverse shaking, double strainer
• Garnish with bitter chocolate zest

Coffee Preparation

• 270 mL Water
