For my first competition, I decided to risk and mix two ingredients that I really like, mezcal and licor 43… To help in the balance of the cocktail, I add a few mL of a Sicilian lemon syrup

Ingredients
- 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Le Sirop Monin Lemon
- 25 Ml. Mezcal Don Juan Escobar
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Serve all the ingredients inside the shaker, except the espresso
- Beat and then serve in a low glass with a ice cube, straining with a sieve and a strainer
- Serve the espresso over the ice, so that it keeps floating
- As a garnish, a sugar caramel with angostura melted in the lemon on top of the ice

- Espresso capsule extracted using the Nespresso Professional system
